These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the AIO MySEO website, widget, API, and related services (collectively, the "Service") operated by AIO MySEO ("we," "us," or "our").

By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

1. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account with a valid email address and secure password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

You must be at least 18 years old or have the legal authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of an organization.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You may not:

  • Use the Service to distribute malware, spam, or illegal content
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, or interfere with the Service infrastructure
  • Embed the widget on pages that contain illegal, harmful, or deceptive content
  • Share or resell access to your account without authorization
  • Exceed your plan's usage limits through automated or abusive means

3. The Widget

The AIO MySEO widget is provided as an embeddable JavaScript snippet for use on websites you own or have authorization to modify. The widget reads publicly visible page content (headings, paragraphs, metadata) to generate AI-powered teasers.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to embed third-party scripts on the sites where you install the widget.

4. AI-Generated Content

Teasers generated by the Service are produced by AI language models based on your page content. While we strive for relevance and accuracy, AI-generated content may occasionally be imprecise or contextually inappropriate. You acknowledge that:

  • AI-generated teasers are suggestions, not editorial guarantees
  • We are not responsible for the accuracy of AI-generated text
  • You may contact us to report inappropriate content for review

5. Plans and Billing

The Service offers free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed monthly and may be upgraded, downgraded, or canceled at any time from your account dashboard.

We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice. Existing subscribers will be notified before any price change takes effect on their account.

6. Free Tier & Promotional Availability

The free plan is offered as a promotional courtesy to help users explore the Service. Because the free tier carries real infrastructure and AI costs on our end, its availability is subject to capacity. We reserve the right to modify, limit, or discontinue the free tier — including deactivating free accounts — as our resources require.

If we need to make changes to the free tier, we will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice via the email address on your account. Free-tier users are encouraged to upgrade to a paid plan for uninterrupted service and priority support.

Paid plans are not affected by changes to the free tier.

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. The widget does not collect personal data from your site visitors. Account data (email, site domains) is stored securely and used only to operate the Service.

8. Service Availability

We aim to provide reliable, continuous service but do not guarantee 100% uptime. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or due to circumstances beyond our control. The widget is designed to degrade gracefully — if the Service is unavailable, your site continues to function normally without the teaser widget.

9. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its code, design, and documentation, is the intellectual property of AIO MySEO. You retain ownership of your website content. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your publicly visible page content solely for the purpose of generating teasers.

10. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in abusive behavior, with or without notice. Upon termination, your widget will stop rendering teasers, and your account data will be deleted within 30 days.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AIO MySEO is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you've paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on the website. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
